Our club is committed to furthering growth of Amateur Radio by providing assistance to anyone interested in becoming a HAM.

Our club was formed in 1981 by people with common interests, to share ideas and techniques.

We welcome guests and members of any age to join with us to learn and have fun.

Spruce Goose 75th Anniversary Special Event Station (10-29 thru 11-05)

The McMinnville Amateur Radio Club, in conjunction with the Hughes Amateur Radio Club, will be operating a Special Event Station to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the the first flight of the Hughes Aircraft Company's prototype Hercules H-4 Flying Boat, commonly known as the Spruce Goose.

The Amateur Radio Clubs from both locations will be operating special event stations between Sat Oct 29th, 5:00 PM PDT through Sat Nov 5th 10:00 PM PDT. W7RXJ will be the call sign used by the McMinnville Amateur Radio Club. W6HA will be the callsign used by the Hughes Amateur Radio Club. Both may have active stations at the same time off frequency and/or modes from each other.

Monthly General Meetings

We currently hold hybrid club meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm.

Monday Net

Weekly Net is each Monday at 7:00 pm and anyone is welcome to check into our Net *.
